Onsite Massage

Serenity To You can be found practising Chair Massage on the shop floor throughout the day on Monday's and from 2pm-6pm on Thursday's.

Serenity To You (Julie Cosgrove and Colleen Daley) are ITEC qualified massage therapists specialising in Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. They have been practicing independently since 2001 but joined together to launch Serenity To You in May 2012. They met in 2008 - discovered that they had a shared passion for massage and trained together in Chair Massage in 2012.

JulieJulie’s interest in massage came from practicing tai chi and wanting to find ways to work with others to help release tension and balance energies within the body. As well as Chair Massage I practice Holistic Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage and am happy to discuss with clients which therapies would best suit them.

In 2003 Julie gained my MSc in Complementary Therapy from Westminster University following a research project on incorporating Reflexology into a GP surgery, and she is passionate about raising the profile of complementary therapies within the NHS through further research. She is currently working with the Disability Foundation to help audit and capture the benefits they provide through their complementary therapy services.

ColleenWhile training in Theatre and Vocal development, Colleen initally used massage techniques to improve breath control and release tension in the voice.

Colleen has studied the Alexander Technique and continues to use it to complement Holistic Massage as both aim to relieve stress in the body, improve posture and rebalance energy flow.

Colleen has also studied Ayurvedic Head Massage and incorporates this practice into treatments when possible. Each treatment is tailored around the needs of each client.
