The contract between us
When you place an order, we will send an email at the email address you provide with Order Conformation to confirm that your order has been accepted by us. You must ensure that Order Conformation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately in any errors accrued. We cannot be responsible in any errors in the order placed by you. entitled to enter legally binding contract with us.


When you submit an order to Us, this does not mean we have accepted your order. No contract exists between you and Us for the sale of any products until payment for the order has been received in full and We dispatch the products to you. Once We do so, there is a binding legal contract between us.

Right for you to cancel your contract
As a consumer, You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the 14th day from the date you receive the ordered goods. We will refund You within 14 days of receiving the goods back. To cancel your contract, you must give written notice to Us giving details of the copy of your order conformation, products ordered, and (where appropriate) their delivery.


If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk within 14 days of notifying us. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk within 14 days. You must take reasonable care to ensure the products are not damaged in the meantime or in
transit. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error or as a substitute. The item should be returned to us in their original condition.

Delivery
The products you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. However, we not able to ship outside the United Kingdom. Every effort will be made to deliver the products as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within 30 days of your order. order number, a description of the broken item/s and a digital photo of the damage. Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will process your claim as soon as possible and you should expect to receive your replacement or refund.
