About Paul Michael

Paul Michael BA, BSc, MCPP
Medical Herbalist | Endobiogenic Medicine Practitioner | GAPS Therapist | Tai Chi, Chi Kung Instructor| Speaker and Educator
Paul Michael is a highly experienced medical herbalist, speaker, teacher, and one of the founding members of the Endobiogenic Medicine Society UK (EMS). Based in High Barnet, Paul has spent the last 20 years helping individuals restore balance and vitality through an integrative approach that unites modern science, traditional herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, specialised diets and mind–body disciplines such as Tai Chi and Heart Math concepts, and lifestyle modifications and improvements.
He is a first-class graduate of the BSc in Herbal Medicine programme at Middlesex University. Paul was fortunate to learn endobiogenic medicine directly from Dr. Jean-Claude Lapraz, a world-renowned medical doctor and co-founder of
this advanced medical system. He trained with Dr. Lapraz for over seven years.
Endobiogenic Medicine looks beyond symptoms to understand how the body’s internal systems regulate themselves. Paul uses this systems-based model to create individualised treatment plans that address the root causes of imbalance, helping patients move toward long-term, sustainable health.
What Makes Paul’s Practice Unique
-
Comprehensive, Patient-Centred Care: As a young man, Paul faced serious health challenges when he was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at age 19. Thankfully, through the healing power of herbal medicine, he found a path to recovery. This personal journey profoundly shaped Paul’s approach to healthcare. He understands, from first-hand experience, the frustration and fear that can come with chronic symptoms. As a result, Paul brings deep empathy and attentiveness to his clinical work—listening carefully to each patient’s story. His own recovery experience continues to inspire his dedication to helping others regain their health and vitality.
-
Holistic & Scientific Integration: Uniting the wisdom of traditional herbalism, nutrition, and mind–body medicine with the precision of Endobiogenic Medicine to create a uniquely evidence-informed approach to natural healthcare.
-
Comprehensive Assessments: Using detailed biological profiling, hormonal and metabolic analysis, and clinical observation to create personalised therapeutic programmes.
-
Collaborative Care: Working alongside doctors, researchers, and complementary health practitioners to bridge traditional and modern medicine.
-
Education & Leadership: As a founder of the Endobiogenic Medicine Society UK, Paul develops training programmes and supervises clinical education.

Paul supports people with a wide range of health conditions. It’s not uncommon for clients to visit his clinic with seemingly mysterious or undiagnosed conditions.
